Below you will find answers to the questions we are asked most often, however, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

We send and receive monthly shipments. Please check out our 'Sailing Dates' page for the next date.
      1) Get in touch with us so we may provide you with the address to send your goods.
      2) Provide a copy of the receipt of your goods. This is so we can check what's arrived at our depot are the items listed for shipping.
      3) We will contact you when your goods have arrived at the depot and upon safe delivery to its end destination.
We'll email you a copy of our signed consignment.
All claims must be submitted in writing to Ghana Door 2 Door within thirty (30) days from the date that Ghana Door 2 Door accepted the Shipment, failing which Ghana Door 2 Door shall have no liability whatsoever. Claims are limited to one claim per Shipment, settlement of which will be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith.

No. We can ship anything from a fridge to a 1.5-ton tractor. Contact us for further guidance and assistance for larger items.
No problem. We have all sorts of packing materials that will also protect your items from damage, just let us know at the time of booking.
